Are your jewelry photos suitable for Amazon, Trendyol, or Etsy?
es, all images are created according to the exact standards of these platforms (e.g., white background, correct resolution, proper sizing), making them easy to get approved and effective for sales.
- Please make sure to let us know which platform(s) the images will be used on before the shoot, as our pricing includes optimization for one platform only. Additional formatting for other platforms will incur extra charges.
How should I send my jewelry pieces for photography?
Once we’ve discussed the details, provided a quote, and you’ve confirmed your order, we’ll send you the shipping address. Please pack your products securely. After safely receiving them, we’ll begin the photography process.
Can I review the photos before final delivery?
Yes! We offer a special review service to our clients. Once the shoot date is scheduled, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours in advance. On the shoot day, we’ll send you sample photos from each selected style. You can review and approve or request changes remotely. Any necessary adjustments (based on our prior agreement) will be made immediately during the shoot.
Is photo editing and retouching included in the photography fee?
Basic editing—like background cleaning, color correction, and exposure adjustments—is included. However, advanced retouching (e.g., scratch removal, heavy reflections cleanup, background replacement) is priced separately.
In what format and resolution will I receive the final photos?
Photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG or PNG formats, suitable for websites, online stores, and marketplace listings.
Do you also offer video production for jewelry?
Yes, we create short promotional and product showcase videos that are perfect for Instagram, your website, or online marketplaces. These videos can significantly enhance engagement and help your brand stand out.
